About

Hi! I am a 3rd year Ph.D student in Social/Health Psychology at Carnegie Mellon University. I am a member of the Stigma, Health Equity, and Resilience (SHER) Lab, and I am advised by Dr. Michael Trujillo.

Broadly, I am interested in how intergroup processes affect health and well-being for sexual and gender minorities. In particular, my work aims to identify and leverage the unique strengths of LGBTQ+ people to mitigate harm and promote positive growth.

Outside of research, I am an avid book lover and player of board games. I spend many weeknights at pub trivia and watching reality TV with my friends, and I am always looking for new coffee places to try. When I'm not out and about, I spend a considerable amount of time watching people play TTRPGs and having pseudo-intellectual conversations with my cats.

More information about my research interests and activities can be found on the Research and Publications pages, as well as on my CV
