My Interests:
Broadly, I am interested in how LGBTQ+ people interact with the social world and how this impacts health and well-being. My research takes a strengths-based approach to explore how identity-related social experiences, including rejection and social support, shape health and well-being. I am particularly interested in minority stress processes, intergroup dynamics, and the conditions under which our social networks can be protective and help us to thrive.
